I think Nonito is tired of waiting at 112. He's now moving back to 115.

Both IBF flyweight champion Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire and world-rated super flyweight Z "The Dream" Gorres are eager to fight reigning WBO super flyweight champion Fernando Montiel of Mexico.
Both fighters were reacting to Top Rank promoter Bob Arum’s plan to stage a three championship fight card at the Venetian in the booming gambling enclave of Macau which has reportedly outstripped Las Vegas involving two Filipinos.
In an overseas telephone conversation with Viva Sports/Manila Standard Today, Arum said he was looking at a possible Montiel-Donaire title fight and had spoken to Donaire’s manager Cameron Dunkin and believed he could work something out with his promoter Gary Shaw. However, if that doesn’t work Arum said he’d like to stage a rematch between Gorres who lost a highly controversial decision to Montiel in February last year and the Mexican.
Donaire said "it sounds very exciting to me. This will be a good fight." Donaire said he got back into training yesterday and "although my body aches a little bit, I feel good. I train really hard and I’m happy."
He said "I am excited now that I heard about the possibility of fighting Montiel. That sounds good."
Respected Cebu boxing patron Tony Aldeguer said the ALA Gym welcomes the chance for a Gorres rematch with Montiel saying "he (Gorres) has been looking forward to it."
Aldeguer said that he and his son Michael who has assumed the mantle of the boxing business from him, had talked about the directions they want to take in the career of Gorres and one possibility was fighting Montiel. The other was a title fight against the winner between IBF champion Dimitri Kirilov and Australia’s Vic Darchinyan.
However, the word was that should Darchinyan win, promoter Shaw would want him to have a voluntary defense before a mandatory against Gorres who figured in a draw with Darchinyan in a title eliminator. On the other hand should Kirilov win he too would want to exercise the same option effectively forcing Gorres to wait.
