to be honest ive not seen much of the challenger , but id like it just to be a good slugfest.

Juanma have the tools for win , if he take this fight with calm and focus in what have to do exactly , he will , he have good power , good defensive , more speed , technicals skills in boxing and hungry to be a Champion....

I know that PDL have real good power too , but his defense is poor and need to have more boxing , probably this fight he will comes with something good , but we have to see , if Juanma take the lead of the fight , surely he will win.....................PDL trainer Joe Hernandez know that , he previously said that Juanma is a Rookie , but know that they cant let Juanma to the the lead of the fight.................

This will be Jaunma's coming out party. He has previously been shown on HBO and SHowtime, but when the focus was not on him. Thus, many have heard of Lopez but don't really know that this guy has many, many tools as a boxer. He is definitely not one dimensional. Ponce has a very good resume, but I only see him as a come forward, wide punching, haymaker throwing boxer who does very well against boxers with similar skills. Ponce is taylor made for Juanma, a confident young man and rightly so, but I hope he doesn't carry that overconfidence into the ring because de Leon has experience. On paper, I think this fight will be a TKO for Juanma. I definitely anticipate a great fight and hope it goes on record as one of the great Mexican-Puerto Rican battles over the years.

Skillsets and everything line up for a victory for JML, BUT I have a feeling he is going to walk right in to DPDL power. I picked DPDL KO. I have a hard time imagining this fight going longer than 4 rounds.

Ponce points. I just want to see a war. Juanma would make the fight a WHOLLLEEEE lot easier if he boxed, but he's young,he'll get tagged at some point and bravado will come into it at some stage.

Why would you 2 bastards want to see Ponce knocked out? The guy should be our hero! He has club fighter technique,huge heart and power and is a world champ! There's hope for us all if this guy can be champ! PLus he's exciting to watch!
