That is how Sergio got started in boxing. Someone bought 16 oz gloves at a swap meet, and all their friends would get together for a bbq, and they would all throw money in, and the winner would take it all. They called it bbq boxing. Sergio won all his fights, and became bbq boxing champ.

His friends stepdad, told Sergio he should start going to a gym, and give boxing a try, which he did, and the rest history.
