Yes, it is. But it is understandable, because due to the shadow you really can't see the brush on the side.

And as for that man making out with the car, those brooms would really (NOT) make for a good back scratcher.

He must be making good money (prevailing wage) if he works for the city. He must be a union member too, and that would mean job security.

Job security, YES. Good benefits, YES. However, they're stingy when it comes to giving raises. There's some people who have been working here for almost 10 years, and are just making a little over ten dollars an hour. Some have only been working 3 or 4 years and are making over twelve or thirteen dollars an hour. It's all who you know around here.

Minimum wage here in Canada is I think $8.25. I just started throwing out resumes for the summer and hopfully can get a job. Most places won't hire my age but some will. Delivering papers totally blows, but it is better then nothing.
