Where are they gonna put Floyd when he comes back later in the year?
Good question! Does he retain his spot at the top or does he need a win before he gets back on the list? Does anyone know of a P4P fighter retiring then coming back later on? What happened to them?

That's pretty straight forward logic reasoning. I like it.

I have no problem with that. Personally I would have put Joe Calzaghe in the #1 spot but that is because I am a Calzaghe fan.

At the moment I do not think there is anyway that the #1 and #2 spots do not belong to both men. Each position varies on the persons list but both deservedly so.

The BBC still have Floyd at 1 cuz they dont belive he is really retired.

Id have Calzaghe number 1 right now but I think in a years time we are gonna have a long term number 1 who goes by the name of . . . . . Miguel Cotto .

I agree with Pacquiao being on top, also great to see Calderon enter the ratings!

how many division has he been through and been a champion in?
I could go look it up but I will have lost interest by then.

    I'd like to add more...

Manny Pacquiao is fighting bigger oppositions from 106lb to 135lb (soon 140). He fought many championship figths in many different weight classes. He fought 3 candidates for Hall of Famers and defeated them all. He was the Ring 2006 FOTY.

He has given all the viewers their money's worth or even more than its worth. Very exciting to watch. He has fought the top guys in his division and now climbing up to challenge bigger guys. All his fights are non stop action except for the one when MAB just went to the ring to get his last biggest pay.

Well i agree if Mayweather is retired but in my list Pacquiao no way goes to P4P number 1. Based on Mayweather having more achievements winning titles at more weight classes, beating more quality fighters and i know Pacquiao fans will throw names like Barrera, Morales, Marquez etc. But actually take a look at both Mayweather's and Pacquiao's whole career, and clearly Mayweather has beaten more quality opponents. Plus Mayweather is a better fighter than Pacquiao P4P so thats my reason's.

I don't see anyone here arguing that. Pac was behind PBF by 1 spot. Mayweather retired, so by default, Pac is now #1... simple mathematics.

So in your opinion, who do you think should be the #1 now?

    Manny Pacquiao no question IMO.
