Can only sleep in one position..?

I ask this because, i've always prefered to lay on a certain side.. But as of the last couple of months, i've realised that I can ONLY lay one particular way... On my right side.... If I lay flat on my back at all, or on my left side, my nose becomes completely blocked and I can't breath...

It sux because it's not always comfortable to just lay one way all night, but I literally can't breath if I lay any other way.. It's freakin pisses me off. But it's been like that for months and I have no idea why.. And I used to be able to lay either side... *shrugs*

Please excuse the most boring topic on earth...

Let me add some other, more interesting, additional question...

hmmmm, shit I can't think of any... I'll just have to let this be boring...

I have the same problem except I can't get to sleep unless lying on my left side. The worst part is when you can't get comfortable on that side so you just end up changing positions all night until you find some semi good position or pass out from exhaustion.

LOL.. nuh, I suppose if you had very very good authority over your girlfriend, you could train her to only sleep in one positition.. For your convenience..

I think, and i'm not even 50% sure of this, but it could be a back issue...

I sort of remember having this problem last year, but during a period where I was going to the chiropractor for a couple of months, I remember enjoying being comfortable in other positions.. And if I was comfortable in any other positions, then I must have been able to breath in them..

I still don't understand how my nose gets blocked completely when laying one side but not the other.. and how this could be effected by my back.... strange..

For your back you should experiment lieing on your front man.

I usally go to sleep on my back and wake up on my stomach with my head turned to the right.
