And sorry for my ignorance, but whats the Under/Over option?

No worries, see if I can explain it well. I'll use this fight as an example, it is listed as

Round Split: 8.5 (1:30 into round 9)
Over = -150 = 2/3 = Factor 0.67
Under = +125 = 5/4 = Factor 1.25

If you bet over you are betting that the fight will go longer than 8.5 rounds regardless of the winner.

If you be under you are betting that the fight will no make it to 8.5 rounds regardless of the winner.

8.5 is translated as 8 full rounds plus half a round hence the 1:30 of the 9th round is the round split.
