If it was found out, that he was indeed the latest reincarnation of TheBestP4P, does that mean he's automatically bannable because of making a misleading account, or just bannable because of his past misdeeds or is he unpunished

Although some forums might if they thought he was up to no good, many (like this one) will allow him back as long as he hasn't posted anything wrong and has matured.

Saddo once said that many times banned people get back on and tone it down, but when they start the same crap that got them banned before, they get it again.

So as long as he doesn't go off again he's OK, he wont be banned.

I understand why he had to be banned, that was some fucked up shit, but I always liked the guy. He was really kind to me as a newbie and said some really helpful things to me when I was dealing with the loss of my mom, so I always had a soft-spot for the guy.

Hopefully he keeps things cool this time.

Well I guess it could be a huge coincidence, but I looked over an old thread where he got on someone, telling them...IO think it was Hulk, "your so wise and street smart and great with the ladies!"
