De La Hoya wants Cotto for his one, last fight

I think Cotto is the best option for DLH should he get by Margarito. There is no one else that would be as big a draw for Oscars last fight around the weight!

Exactly...Cotto is a star...even if Magarito wins he wouldn't get the recognition that Cotto gets...

Wasn't the Forbes fight at welterweight,if so theres no need for catch weigth...

I think the Forbes fight was at 150 & Oscar was struggling to get there.

Other than Pavlik & Cotto there are no other super fights around for De La Hoye. I don't think Pavlik is an option for Oscar after what happened against Hopkins at 160.

You were right...just checked boxrec...the Forbes fight was at 150...and if Oscar struggled with it as you said(I really don't know if he did or did not) he won't get 3 1/2 lbs off to make welterweight...just like you said...
