After seeing what Forbes did to DLH in their fight, I'm almost afraid of what will happen to it against Cotto.

I'm with Bx, Cotto rearranges Oscar's face ons his way to a destructive win either by points or late stoppage. Oh and if it is by points, expect it to be close, after all,it IS an Oscar fight.

I think Oscar's face will look fine. I say Cotto will gnaw on that body until DLH reminisces fondly on that B-Hop liver shot.

then i feel sorry for what's gonna happen to Hatton against anyone else who has power, cause Lazcano was slow as fuck and he beat up Hatton's face something fierce

you know damn well that even though Hatton clearly won the fight, he had his face blasted for a good part of the fight, hell he was even seriously hurt in the fight, and yet he gets all the praise?!? bullshit, DLH didn't look half as bad as Hatton did, both were going against guys out of their natural weight class (yea Lazcano is a natural lightweight, not jr. welterweight), but at least Forbes has been havin some decent performances lately, Lazcano not only was coming off of being inactive, he had lost his last fight before that to Vivian Harris, wtf?!?!

Is not because I'm a Cottos Fan , but definitely Cotto win by KO....![]()
I wasn't impressed how ODLH got busted up against Forbes, but i think ODLH did take Forbes lightly and i still think he gives Cotto a close fight, i see ODLH winning the early rounds with Cotto coming on strong with his body attack winning a close UD although wouldn't surprise me if ODLH won a controversial decision.

Cotto is a YOUNG champion...and youth can always be a great advantage. However, in pretty much every other department i give Oscar the edge. Not sure why so many people are forgetting Cotto's fight against a past prime Shane Mosley. Shane was considerably slower in that fight and yet he fought to a draw IMO. Sure, Shane is a warrior and is in better shape than Oscar..but Oscar has a better jab and power at this stage of his career. Cotto, for all of his improvements, still has a porous defense and i am not sold on his jaw. I don't see Oscar having to be the aggressor in this fight...hence i don't see him fading as quickly as he normally does. This would actually be a great fight and the toughest in Cotto's career. But i just see Oscar having too much skill and experience for Cotto.
In this fight, which I would like to watch after Margarito, I see an Oscar bothering Cotto with his jab during the initial rounds. I also expect Oscar to land some good punches using his combos, but getting hit at the same time. As the fight progresses I believe Cotto's strength and body attack will be too much for Oscar to handle. I see Cotto stopping De La Hoya in the late rounds![]()
