From Dan Rafael of ESPN.COM/BOXING
"Golden Boy prospects Rock Allen, a junior welterweight and 2004 U.S. Olympian, and Daniel Jacobs, a top amateur who turned pro in December, were both supposed to box on the show. However, their fights were called off because neither bothered to submit their required blood test results to the Texas commission within the mandated three days before the fight, despite the urging of Golden Boy officials for them to take care of it. Not exactly a professional way for a young fighter to handle things."
