No its not, but at the end of the day its the root cause. Working the body is a balancing act, the body works all or nothing every atom has a job in making it work. Okey dokey, I get that.
I've got a hereditary problem with my calves, they get incredibly stiff and have very limited flexibility.
How could that effect my sporting performance?
Greatly,do track stretches before you start your workout,I have very tight hamstrings,trust me it helps.
Also watch your hydration and potassium levels,banana's are real high in it,and gatorade is your friend and pal
Avoid diuretic drinks like coffee
