The Robin Reid fight wasnt a gift, Reid started well and just simply faded into near enough non existance, as for Glen Johnson that was a close fight Ottke caught him with enough to take the rounds and the judges caught that. If Anthony Mundine wasn't highly regarded he never would have got the fight in the first place. Charles Brewer was not over the hill he had competitive fights with good fighters after the two fights, and it was only Ottkes 12 professional fight so like Mundine pretty inexperienced

Ottke was a very good defensive fighter, very under rated. As for the Reid fight though that was a joke, Reid dropped him and hurt him and every time the ref would find something to give out to Reid for, he warned him for landing a hook! Reid would have ko'd him had it been a fair ref!
what was your take on the ref out of intrest?
I thought he made some worng decisions he was bit home sided but there were other things that he got correct like Reid hitting low, he was hitting below the navel which in the rule of the sport is deemed a foul. I don't like to see people cheated like Aurichs team tried doing to the English HW a while back.
