    I guess Im more rock solid,I do everything by instinct now,when Im seriously PO'ed,I go work the bag for a bit. It vents my anger in a societally acceptable manner

    When I started boxing I wanted to be a tough guy and often I tried to use anger and physicality to box.

    However, that didn't work, I found using anger just made me expend every bit of energy I had and get picked off.
