The Hoff is the type of guy that you would expect to turn out to be popular here. I have this cable network service and I was browsing the music performances and documentaries last night. Some shockingly bad stuff on there. Everything from Boston to the damn Scorpions with a lot of Mariah Carey thrown in for good measure. Amongst all this I found the Rolling Stones documentary Gimme Shelter which I enjoyed watching. But yeah, The Hoff wouldnt be out of place here.

But back to the main point. Yes, Lord of the Rings was hugely popular out here. The mullet is especially popular with young men. The pop bands out here are just obscene. I mean, the gayest looking creations ever dreamt up. I refuse to watch the dross on the pop channels. Utterly vile and the most unfortunate random use of English in the lyrics. Sample lyric:

come on girl do u like it? i like it i like it
i luv you i luv you A~ what u gonna do about that
and
I love you 너 하나만 I need-e- you 널 바라보는 눈빛과 내 말투도
조금씩 그댈 닮아가네요 I love you make this love to me
kevin I`m so in to you I love you

우리 함께 라면 난 기분이 함께 하루 하루라면 매일이
Baby 24/7 all day, i`m clean, so clean

What's it all about? Am I getting old and out of touch with the young groovers or what?
LOL, yeah your just getting old... Saying "I'm clean", is like a big big turn on in the ghetto's these days... With diseases and stuff.. Don't even bother telling someone your great in bed.. "I'm clean" is the catch phrase to get yourself layed nowadays..

I love getting a product made in the East that hasn't had a great translator working on the English... They really do put English words together in a very strange way..
Damn, Im falling behind in the ways of the cool young cats. It must be quite something to impress a young temptress with the line "Be mine tonight, luv. Ive not even got the clap!". Much harder work back in the day.
