Round:4 Fenech landing the cleaner punches and connects with a huge right hand but the Professor just smiles and says "is that all you've got" I'll give them this much, this fight is for real!

Round:5 Fenech is landing his right again and has done so easily so far, still fighting on the ropes, Fenech is definitely the more aggressive fighter

Round : 6 Nelson lands one right on the button, here we go again back on the ropes, Fenech forces Nelson back to the ropes and Nelson is getting impatient with Fenech. The exchanges are furious and both fighters still have plenty of go left.


Round :7 Nelson lands again with a huge right hand but Fenech turns it around and gets him back on the ropes, this referee is a prick and keeps breaking them up, let them fight you moron!

Round:8 Fenech is resting this round and not doing much, Nelson coming on strong with a couple of good body shots. As i say that Fenech comes again in the corner. Both fighters are blowing hard after 8 rounds but it's a better fight than i thought it would be.

Round :9 Fenech is ahead after 8 rounds and now they are going at it again,
Nelson using all of his skills to keep Fenech at arms length, Nelson showboating? Fenech is now auditioning for dancing with the stars now, he doesn't want to get hit again. They are both looking to go 10 rounds.

Round 10 Fenech's hands are shot, he hasn't landed a punch for two rounds, he keeps dancing around like Fred Astaire, his hands are gone and so is Fenech he got nailed big time, he is wobbly. he will make it to the end but it may not be enough to get the decision.

I'm suprised that 44 and 49 yo's were able to fight for 10 rounds and there was no knockdowns. Fenech finally gets his win, but for what point?

I can't help getting the feeling Fenech saw "Balboa" a few to many times at the movies?? Anyway, that's for the RBR... My friend who was taking me sold the tickets to someone at his work.. I was so pissed, I took a change of clothes to work and was expecting him to pick me up to go straight to the fight

Least they actually went at it and didn't make an embarrassment of a fight... Shame Nelson couldn't have won again.. Poor Fenech would have to go at it again in another 5 years

I don't think he let him win because he sure landed some heavy body shots on Fenech, it was a one off fight or at least i hope it was.
Both fighters threw some haymakers in there but after a decade out of the ring and at their age i thought they did pretty well. Nelson is 50 this year so it was a great effort by him to go the 10 rounds.
