Jeet Kune Do? thats the form Bruce Lee created right? I know theres a school here in seattle, im no sure though. That and ninjutsu were the two I always wanted to learn. Never got around doing Jeet kune do though, but theres this store bruce kinda still owns here, it has a lot of martial art equipments. also chinatown here seems to have forgotten brucelee, you wont see anything in chinatown to honor bruce. You will see the places he stayed and hanged out at but nothing at all to honor him. Unlike Jimmy Hendrix we have a statue of him at broadway. I think the Chinese Mob that hated bruce still discourage honoring what bruce did. I forgot the cementary name of where bruce and brandon is buried but i think thats the only place that show bruce was ever here in Seattle. Sad really.

TitoFan here. Came to saddoboxing about three years ago, and have been here ever since. Live in Puerto Rico (been here most of my life), work for an engineering firm. Not a boxer of any sort, but live and breathe boxing. Can talk boxing for hours on end.

Favorite fighters: Trinidad (duh), Cotto, Gomez, Benitez, Arguello, Pavlik, Barrera, Pacquiao, Azumah Nelson, Hearns, and a few others I'm probably forgetting right now. Oh... Juanma Lopez, of course.

Very proud of the rich boxing heritage on our little island, and love chatting about boxing with just about everyone on this forum.

    Mark here

From Leeds, Yorkshire in the north of England

Been at Saddo's (before that, the original Saddo's) from day one many years ago.

Favourite fighters through the years - Ali (of course though I never saw him fight) , Nigel Benn, Arturo Gatti and Lennox Lewis

Currently - Hatton and Calzaghe , though their days are obviously numbered, and am warming to Kelly Pavlik the more I see of him
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate

I'm 24, from the same sort of place as yvonne lol only in the west midlands not the north east, always loved boxing as a kid but spent a lot of my late teens early 20's in trouble etc but gotten back into boxing last few years and have gotten more n more addicted since, coming on boards, collecting fights on dvd etc. Have never actually boxed (apart from a little when i was a kid then they closed the club) wish i would've more maybe would've helped me with disclipline n self respect n i wouldnt have got into the trouble i did!! lol. But i have total respect for all you guys on here that box, whatever level. Favourite boxers Nigel Benn, Robin Reid, currently I like Carl Froch, Manny Pacquiao.

Let me introduce myself. I'm a man of wealth and taste.
I've been a fly on the wall since late 2003, eventually joining the board back in '04. I guess I can thank Andre for that, I was learning how to box and he had an otherworldly perspective on fighting that enticed me, so here I am.

I'm a regular on the training board, but every now and then (such as now) you'll find me trespassing onto the other boards.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

Hi Guys, names Sanjeeva, I'm 33 and my friends call me Sanj. Been member of the board for a while, but mainly lurking. Would love to get more involved but never really get the time. Live in Nottingham, England at present (train at the same gym as Carl Froch) but will be moving to Australia soon.
Me and my bro have been into boxing since I can remember, watching all the big fights with my dad and his mates. Have had a few jobs including Investment banking and the army, but currently working as a doctor. Hope to get into the medical side of boxing or refing in Australia.
This is a great place to chat about the sweet science with like minded fans and it certainly would be great to meet up for a beer and a fight. Planning on getting out to the US for a lot more fights, so would be good to put a face to the forum members.
Am a fan of old masters (Ray Robinson, the original sugar) and the modern greats (PBF, you may hate him but any true boxing fan respects his skills).
As soon as I get a regular place will be starting to collect all the great fights.

Good to see you step into the light.
I've often wondered how many people like you are around.

Anyway good stuff and good luck with the boxing.
