Well I don't know how long lasting the game is I beat the career mode in 3 days. The problem is I found that if you lean to the right and block your head, then counter continuously with straight rights you'll win pretty much every fight within a few rounds. The were however some interesting twists with injuries and stuff.
I don't know that I would buy it anymore, guess it depends on the release date of FNR4.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Ive also heard its pretty good from friends....but I can't not be using Total punch control. It would just seem to weird button mashing.
"It wasn't the night of the jab"
im just a more of a fight night person
I finally got a new Xbox cus the old one broke almost a year ago, and I got away from playing video games and more into partying, lifting weights and my now ex-girlfriend, the cold, evil, hot little Meixcan bitch...
But anyway. lol. I rented this game yesterday and its disapointing overall.
The career mode looks cool, but there's all these gay video interviews with people like Larry Holmes, fake trainers and Mario Van Peebles for some reason he's in the fucking game.
Feels cheesey.
The gameplay feels A LOT like HBO Boxing on the old Psone if anyone remembers that game. The fighters throw punches so awkardly and theres no flow or rhythm to the damn fights.
Fight Night Round 3's gameplay blows this shit outta the water.
On the bright side, the graphics are pretty good, the create a boxer is sick, and there are a lot of bad ass fighters in the game. Miranda is in there. Still haven't found out if Mayorga is though. He fucking better be!
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
