UserCP > Edit Signature and paste the link above.

Click save Signature

My fault... Forgot to add that when you 1st get to the Edit Signature screen you have to click on the Insert Image button it's the yellow square with the mountain & sun...

THEN you insert the code IN BETWEEN that.
