Ouch, I see this as a bigtime bounce back for Taylor. Where does it take place? I think Taylor's chin is fine, I think he is going to box the hell out of Froch and then stop him. Froch has to learn that your hands don't belong at your hips.

if i remember correctly, taylors hands arent exactly high either. That would be a factor for froch as well as taylor. If Taylor gets catched with a heavy right he simply cant stand there and box all night. He will be invited into a fight which favours froch. Somebody like Taylor can get stuck into the action like he did in the first pavlik fight. He doesnt like pressure that fighters apply, Froch isnt going to just be standing there hes going to always be moving forward against Taylor. I believe that this is going to be a very hard fight for froch but he has the tools to win it. It will be awesome and I really cant wait for this !
I think the Froch that has appeared thus so far has been at around 75% of his true potential. The Tatevosyan fight gave a good sneak look at how he can fight when he is required to produce the goods. The Reid fight was following that cruciate op which he recovered from exceptionally quick.
I think that if Taylor has struggled with smaller guys in the past, not to mention has been KO'd by a puncher, he will be cautious against a bigger opponent that Pavlik who can arguably punch at least as hard as Kelly. Froch may not be quite as tall as Pavlik but his rakish reach will be very comparable and he owns a good jab himself when he chooses to utilise it. Also the ability to take a shot has been proven several times by Froch who has been caught bang on the chin a plenty.
As mentioned it is a far more mouthwatering match-up than Roy Jones and arguably more than Hopkins as Taylor defeated him twice. In this one victory Froch may achieve a better resume than the Welsh Dragon in one single fight. And if he defeats Taylor more remarkably than Pavlik did he will truly have the keys to the treasure chest. It is certainly worth a $50 punt.
