Ok, thanks for all the info, I don't even know how to go on a cut, so if I did I don't know how. I want to get bigger but not huge, I know being big in boxing is not ideal, but seriously if I got hit in the chest I might die...(ok, maybe not die but it will hurt a lot because there is not much bulk muscle there) I am willing to sacrifice my sixpack for some bulk as long as I can get it back. Should I maybe focus one or two days on just weight training ? And about the calorie intake, How do I figure out how much I am burning, and tell me if I am understanding this correct, If I take more calories than I am burning this will turn into muscle mass and not fat ? because the way I am understanding it if I take more calories in and work out more than they would cancel each other out right ? I am still a little confused. Just to give you a little more idea of what results I am looking for, My body looks kinda like Diego Corrales and I what to look like Bernard Hopkins.
