Hatton - And he gets smoked. Hatton is a natural 140 pounder and is just deadly at that weight, Pac won't be able to handle him and gets brought back down to earth. Hatton KO - not a hard choice.
How can you base Ricky on his last 2 performances ?. One firstly was at welterweight. His recent fight was a confidence booster. Take the Castillo, Massa etc fights into consideration and Pac gets beat, badly.
Pacquiao's last two fights were against JMM and Diaz. Many including yourself thought he got beat against JMM. Last night he was facing David Diaz, a guy who a shot to fuck Morales schooled. No world beater at all.
Let's remember Pacman will be moving up ANOTHER weight to fight Happen and that weight is were Hatton is most dangerous
Once again, a Hatton KO happens.
Against Hatton hopefully.
Im pretty confident Ricky will be too strong for the Pacman.
Me personally I'd love PAC to fight the winner of the Marquez-Casamayor, if he wins he should retire, ON TOP!!!
Marquez has always been PAC's kryptonite but for whatever reason PAC's power is his equalizer for JMM's great counterpunching. He can still beat Marquez. Regarding Casamayor I know boxing isnt an exact science but something in my mind tells me that if a fighter like Jose Armando Santa Cruz who'm DAVID DIAZ kayoed was able to give hell to Joel Casamayor, then Manny has more than just a punchers chance
These are winnable fights for PAC. As it is PAC already cemented his legacy as an all time GREAT IMO. If his brutal win over Diaz was his last fight I am already contented.
Fighting Hatton is ludicrous IMO, just for sheer physicality alone Hatton will kill Manny. Hatton isnt slow either.
"I feel much stronger and more powerful at 135. This is where I plan to stay."
-Manny Pacquiao
ESPN - All hail the new king - Boxing
Glad to know Dan Rafael is now recognizing Pacquiao as the new p4p king!![]()
I voted for Hatton i think Pac could win this he was really good lastnight.
Let's say for the sake of argument that Pacquiao goes to 140 and fights Hatton next. And let's say for the sake of argument, that Hatton, naturally the bigger man at 140, beats Pacquiao, who may not carry his power too well into 140.
Are Hatton fans going to claim that all of a sudden Hatton should vault back into p4p consideration? That would be grossly unfair to the other fighters who have scratched and clawed their way onto that list.
IMO, of course.
