Um it's pretty clear he said title change twice PSL. Really, I think his hate of Pacquiao is ridiculous myself but he clearly said title change. PSL you put down 3 options, name change, sig bet and title change. He picked the title change clearly twice and then you got ahead of yourself and confirmed a name change bet all on your own
