Me and a few mates are supposed to be going on a surfing trip today for a few days down south. However they were supposed to pick me up at 8, but half an hour went past and no one came. I gave my mate a ring to see what was the go and he tells me that his girlfriend and her friend went to a concert last night and haven't come home or called anyone. She is not the type of girl to do this which has gotten everyone worried, man I hope nothing happened to her, i'm pretty worried right now as she was a good friend. Pretty nervous and don't know what to do, plus feeling sorry for my mate/her parents right now I can't imagine what they are going through. Anyone gone through anything like this before?

I wouldn't sweat it yet.


For all you guys know, your friend's gf met some dude at the concert that introduced her to crystal meth and she is getting rallied (banged) at this very moment, having the time of her life.

You all can neg-rep me all you want, but it's very possible and a hell of a lot better than the absolute worst thing that could possibly happen.


I say this, not to be a dik, but I once pulled the same shyt with a girl that I met at a rave a long time ago. She came over to hang out, I got her all twaked out for her first time and she decided to run away from home. One day I got a call from one of my boys saying that they saw her on the FUCKING NEWS"S missing person segment.


Needless to say, we slept off our last high and she went back home the next day.


Like I said..... this is not a very attractive option (especially for your friend) but it's a helluva lot better than thinking the worst case scenario.......... and it's also a lot more likely. I hope that things are okay for you guys.





And one last note................. if that "friend," that your buddies gf went to a concert with is a guy, then I shouldn't even need to tell what's going on

Thanks for the support and laughs guys, we found her 12 hours later she had gone to the bands after party or something and ended up 4 hours from her home with friends from school or something like that. All I know was that I was relieved we found her, kind of makes me think what i'd do if I lost a friend in that way. But hey i'll deal with that when I cross that bridge, surf was alright until we went fishing in the bay and caught a shark which we had to beat with an oar so the bastard didn't bite us. But overall everything turned out sweet, so can't really complain now

My bet is either her friend covered for her whilst she left with some dude, or more likely they both went back to a group of guys house and got roasted.

Mornington peninsula mate,Im about 10 minutes tops from Gunnamatta ,Rye and 15 min to Portsea back beaches.When the swell is massive I cant sleep too well its like God moving furniture all night with the promise of rare waves on reefs instead of the usual sand banks; Then its on at Flinders or further around into Westernport bay which is magical and has a world class bombie. We have about 70 + kilometers of coast line that breaks from a south easter right around to a west sw if the swell is maxin out . Our best waves listed are probably meanos and Quarrantine or Corsairs as its known.Quarras is world class and we have to go there by a 15 miniute boat ride,or hour and half sail, Its the main pic on the front of Trigger bros web site if you could be bothered.
