I cant believe no one has Hatton in the top 10. I'm not just saying this a as a big fan. But all he done was lose to the best p4p fighter and suddenly he's disappeared. Still number 1 at 140 pounds and a two weight world champ. Baffles me

Well he was number 9 or 10 on my list before the Mayweather fight, and he lost that fight in a bad way, and didn't look too good in his comeback fight so he stays just outside the top 10 for now.

Surley if he beats Paulie, a prime champion he has to come back in the top ten.

If he beats Paulie he may crack my list at number 10.

Im not sure Paulie has looked garbage in last couple of fights but yes Hatton may just crack the top 10 replacing Pavlik, because Pavlik is still a new comer to the championship level where as Hatton has had far more experience in championship fights. The question is though say if Hatton fights and beats Pacquiao where will he be rated then ?? thats an interesting one.

This is the anti-hatton forum didnt you realise.

Regardless of 43 wins. 2 weight world championships, 4 title belts etc because hatton lost to the greatest p4p fighter in generations he is now a washed up has been.

The fascination with lower weight class fighters on here is nothing short of ridiculous!!

I agree, lets take Cristian Mijares for example. He got beat by 3 bums. Hatton only lost lost to P4P best while beating big name fighters in Tzsyu and Castillo. Like Mijares, Hatton has also unified. Is Mijares a two weight world champ ? No. Anyways I dont need to say no more though as I might get a few people moaning.

Oh please Mijares lost when he was a mere novice those losses shouldn't count regarding his P4P status.

Mijares hasn't lost in 6 years. He just came off a win unifying titles, against a guy that was capable of being competitive.

Hatton just fought grandpa Lazcano, in ultimately a fight that was put into place so his fans could see him beat someone up. The was nothing competitive about it.

So a man od 43-1 doesnt make your top 10 because he hasnt impressed you in victory.

You cannot argue with hattons record its far more established than most of your top 10.

If we were completely focusing on performance over everything else then surely mayweather would of only been 3-4 when he was around??

No its because he hasnt looked good since beating Tszyu. He needed a completely static target in Urangotang to look half decent for a while.

Thats why he's possibly a has been.
