I think this is a windup, just a feeling he is better than that.

Ive watched his fights, since he asked me for help, lots of looping hooks and lunging,he can be better then that in my estimation. He expends way to much energy with the big loopers rather then throwing tight and sharp, and that gut wasnt helping either. We got to get him down a couple of weight classes so he isnt prohibited by reach to get that jab more active

Hi Im only new here so i hope i dont come across as a know it or anything but looking at your video .. the hooks to the body that you do are telegraphed. Try to keep your opp guessing as to what your going to do and where its going to come from.
Could i offer a tip? watch the video yourself and pretend that your fighting yourself what would you do? What would you see comming? How would you counter?
Hope it helps... good luck
James
Andrew.
Your crouched down when your shadowboxing there do you fight in the same style? (I saw the fight with Charlie but he quit before i could get a good look at you) LOL!
You need to be a little more upright. Step in with the jab too instead of just pushing your arm out mate. Your lead foot should be stepping in at the same time as you throw your jab.

Keep on boxing those shadows , you have less chance of getting knocked out.
