See, if you act like the jealous guy who thinks she is going to leave him, then she is going to think that you don't trust her, and that will make things much much worse for you.

Be there for her through it and show understanding. If she didn't want you to be there for you she wouldn't have called you and told you. There's a reason she told you, and that reason is NOT that she's going to leave you.

Best be there for her and let her know you understand what she's going through and that you're there for her no matter what. You show her that, it's something that a simple "I love you" can't show. And then she will cherish you for your understanding and willingness to be there for her.

Now you can either make her feel more close to you, and take her with her flaws, or you could reject her and look for someone "perfect" and push her away and regret it.
