I remember my brother was about the same size and had pictures of Spud Webb all over his wall.... He must have been inspired as well as he worked for a long time and ended up being able to dunk it as well.... It looks freaky little people that can jump that high

Thats good that your brother had a dream and never stopped trying no matter if he had physically disadvantages have some rep.

I was looking on You tube the other day at the spudd wedd dunks from when he won the dunk contest. It really is amazing that someone his hieght could dunk like that.
A couple other guys that where really short and where in the NBA where
Muggsy Bogues who was like 5'3 and Earl Boykins I think was 5'5 and they were both pretty good also. Not sure if they could dunk though.

I used to play Basketball in school last year and i enjoyed it. For some reason basketball aint big in the UK especially compared to US. To my knowledge there aint even a proper court by my house. It's all Football, Cricket, Tennis etc, no Basketball. I'm surprised you play Basketball ICB being from UK, not many people I know play it at all. Whenever I played it last year though I always found it a good sport though.
