Int the afternoon At the gym I work with my trainer, A typical day includes (3 rounds of jumprope, 3 rounds of shadow, 3 rounds doublend bag, 30min working with trainer on punch mitts, 6 rounds heavy bag, 3 rounds speed bag, and then some ab work with 12lb medicine ball, and some more pushups). I do some weights but not much.

A couple questions Any sauce on the pasta and which kind if any ? Any recomeds on the protein shake ? I read somewhere that you want one that has twice as many carbs as protein. How about creatine? Once again Thanks a lot gutshot!!! Just went shopping I will let you know how it turns out.
