If you ask me if Ricky is gonna stay at welter than he should look to brush up on his in ring skills, Cause from what I saw against Collazo he appearantly wasn't at his best. He's is going to have to train even harder if he want's to go against the likes of the champs like Margarito,Cotto, Pretty boy and the other top ranked guys.
