According to boxing News today Jermain Taylor V Froch is the fight that the WBC want for their vacant title but Taylor may want to fight Lacy instead. I personally would like to see the Taylor v Froch fight for the title with the winner unifying against Kessler

Has to be Froch - Taylor....If Jermaine ended up fighting lacy you'd have to ask how the hell did lacy get himself another title shot?

Atleast with Froch - Taylor; Taylor is a proven champ dispite some bad performances and Froch is a genuine Contender waiting for his first test.

Who wouldn't want to see that kind of fight?

I don't think that it meant Taylor would be fighting Lacy for the belt. I am of the understanding that it would be Froch fighting for the vacant title against whoever he is thrown against being the WBC no1, Its just that I think that Taylor wants a fight with someone who has been proven to be very beatable to welcome himself to the S/middle div after a few tough fights at middle, and fighting a dangerous unbeaten fighter like Froch may just remind him of Pavlik too much.
That said ive never known Taylor duck anyone before so he may well take the fight the majority of people want to see him take and fight Froch for a world title.

If Taylor is given the option of fighting Froch and instead chooses Lacy, I would be seriously worried about his confidence and belief in himself.

Well the WBC have given both camps until July the 25th to sort a deal out between themselves so the opportunity is certainly there and I cant see Froch arguing about money because he will see this as a massive stepping stone towards some giant paydays if he doesnt get paid massive for this as it would be exposure on US TV for him and if he performs well and the US public like him he has the potential to then be a major player in boxing for a few years. So I think that the ball will be well and truly in Taylors court.

Well , this is why ain't agree to see Calzaghe like one of the top P4P , I know that he want fight Jones Jr. to get a big Purse and then Retire Undefeated , that is if he win Jones jr. , something that i don't think so , but why he didn't stay to make a fight with Froch for demonstrate more that he is the best in that Div.......? He tried to avoid Froch or he just want to be Smart ? , This is my opinion guys , he is good , but to me now seems like somes boxers will going to do the same as Mayweather did ....................................

Why? Lacy might be shot. But even a shot Lacy is still better than Fraud.
