Pac = Natural superfeatherweight.
Ricky= Natural Light Welter

With Ricky's size advantage he should be more than capable of beating the best Superfeatherweight in the world.

Beacuse you are good pound for pound DOES NOT MEAN THAT SIZE DOES NOT MATTER.

Of course size (or weight) does matters, that's why boxing has weight classes. No one will support or sanctioned a fight if the other guy has tremendous size (or weight) advantage but many supported a Hatton-PAC fight so it means it is basically a fair fight and within the range of the weight class they will be fighting.

PAC already outgrown the super featherweight division and he's now considered a lightweight.
