I am a Williams fan, but this seems like a bad move. His style has been crafted to make use of the physical advantages he has over fighters at 147 and 154. Pavlik is just as tall and obviously stronger. I suppose financially speaking it dwarfs anything available to him at the moment, but I'd rather see him stay patient at 147 and wait out Cotto/Margarito. If Margarito wins, he ain't getting Oscar and a unification rematch with Paul would be the most sensible fight for Antonio to take. Same thing with Cotto if the Oscar deal falls through. If Cotto wins and gets Oscar, he could look to the Clottey-Judah winner. Hopping up two weight classes to fight Pavlik seems like a bad idea, BUT if he gets on his bike and gives Pav difficult angles, throwing combos and moving out, I could see him winning a UD, but most likely a TKO for Pav.

As far as Winky goes, he might as well retire, because no one is gonna pay him the ridiculous sums he's asking.
