There's quite a bit to it...but basically what you are supposed to do as a mod is mediate between arguements & forget your place as a fun loving member of this board. Watch over the boards & sort out the messes. Try to keep some bit of the trouble weeded out over the course of the day & such as that.

You have to restrain yourself from what you can generally get over with also.
