I lik that name for him Con. Thats all he has done so far. Con people into thinking he is a world beater. How many fights has he had now 20? Oscar De La Hoya was a world champion after twelve pro fights. And he won the olympics

What exactly doesnt impress you about khan

Im not exactly the guys biggest fan as his blatant arrogance is for all to see and us brits dont take well to arrogant fighters.

But from what he has produced in ring so far suggests he has more than enough to become a world championship contender.

fast, heavy hands, able to take a decent shot - im not saying the better fighters of this division wont do a number on him. But for now he has progressed more than enough for me to believe he`ll be in and around the world title scene for years to come.

The only issue i have with team khan is regards to warrens calzaghe like hesitancy to see his main earner get in with the bigger boys instead fobbing us UK fans off with endless contender matches against 2nd rate opponents!
    one dangerous horrible bloke

I'm pretty sure Arthur-Khan was one the many possibilities FW had for Khan.

If Arthur was lightweight champ you know he'd let Khan duff him up.

If anything Khan should be moving up.

There is no point talking about AA-Khan. AA is going to get battered by Nicky Cook. AA is shocking and that is going to be proved by Cook.

Khan needs to fight a decent 135 fighter next. I really hope he steps up in his next fight.

I dont know Tam, I thought Cook would beat Luevano when they fought for the title and surprise surprise Luevano went on to stop him.
I was disappointed in Cookie that day I thought he'd give a better showing no shame in loosing to Luevano. It's the way he lost that tells me he'll get beat by AA.

They blamed Cook struggling with the featherweight limit for his performance against Luevano (this was common knowledge beforehand). It's probably a fair excuse even though Luevano is a good fighter and most likely was just far to good for him.

I see Arthur-Cook a lot closer - without being sure who I think will win at the moment

According to boxingscene Arthur-Khan would be the fight Warren would want to make after that. Khan will be fighting on the same card apparently, in the main event.

Doesn't say anything specific about Khan moving down but if its for Arthur's title then he'd have to.

I have no idea if this will actually happen or is BS. Khan doesn't seem like a small 135 pounder to me so I don't know if he even could move down.
What i dont like is,why is'nt Kevin Mitchell mentioned on fighting Arthur?,after all Mitchell is the mandatory challenger in the division!!!

I think someone on here posted something about Cooks weight but when I asked them for the source he said a "friend"....

I just feel AAs got the edge here.

Yeah Arthur is fighting Cook next, the story supposedly is if Arthur got by him then a Khan match might be made. Didn't say anything about Cook-Khan assuming Cook won.

I would fancy Mitchell to beat Arthur in a couple of fights time.

It has been mooted as a BIG fight for the end of the year

    I concur.

It's entirely plausible that a guy like Frank would manouvre someone like Arthur into a World Title in order to give someone like Amir a nice 'safe' shot at a genuine belt...
