I think if I hadn't gone to the gym Tuesday I'd be closer to recovery than I am now...

Colds are just a natural part of living I guess, I am usually good for one a winter, but this is my second this year. Being a teacher doesn't help - kids are full of it and your exposed every day.

In truth, I guess collectively having colds, would indicate we were over training.

I know my health problems (as minor as they are) have multiplied since I've stopped taking multi vitamins.

And yes....Kids are walking breathing pathogens
