lol, where was that thread a few weeks back where all the Pac fans said Pac would never fight Soto and that he wasn't worthy?

Despite that, I'm glad this is happening. It will be entertaining. Maybe Soto will get someone who wants to fight him since according to him Guzman didn't want to. Hopefully it comes off, there really is nothing better out there and that includes Valero. After that and the dust on the division has settled, hopefully we get some type of superfight with any combination of Marquez/Guzman/Pacquiao. That's what I'm waiting for, this certainly isn't a bad filler, two very entertaining fighters.

Am I the only one who thinks Soto is a lot like Margarito? I mean in the ring, he reminds me a lot of Margarito.

For me as long as they're within the junior lightweight to lightweight limit I wouldnt worry about it. PAC is already a LEGEND in my eyes.

I use to worry about PAC fighting Juan Diaz, Edwin Valero, Joan Guzman, Humberto Sotto, JMM and the list goes on but not anymore.

PAC has enough skill/ firepower to beat these guys.

I think this will definatley happpen. Arum will have Valero fight on the undercard and try to generate some pub for Valero for a Pac-Valero fight early next year. I thought Soto would put up a fight before Guzman really took him to school. I think Pac will score a 5th roundn KO.

Nah Soto will either fight one or the other. There appears to be some resistance to Pac - Soto even though Arum says its easier to make than the Valero fight so Barrera looks more likley . . .Especially if the rumours are true that he is leaving golden boy, annoyed that the promotional company havent got him any fights since November 07

it seems campbell isn't officially bound to fight guzman yet. pac vs. campbell can still be made for november.
