it is going good i been up since 4am and train until 10am about to go run another 8miles cuz i have to work to night
You trained for 6 hours? and now going for an 8 mile run?? Either you are delusional or you are seriously over training and that is all with 1 hand?
over training what hell when i get home from work im to tired to do anything so im going to run 8miles and plus i am working on my stamina
