Guzman is fresher and is the better skilled fighter infact he is probably top 5 most skilled fighter in boxing today if he had power he would be a force to be wreckoned with

If Nate shows up driven as he was against Juan Diaz I think he can beat the uber talented Guzman, however Guzman is class.
