Lacy's gonna whip that ass... Watch he will be working behind the jab and putting his punches together and putting some meaning inot them without hesitation over the shoulder

I hope so. He's gotta win and look impressive doing it; or he'll be lucky IMO to even get on WNF's next time out. Mendoza will bring the fight out in him; and that's what he needs. Recently he seemingly fights only as hard as the guy in front of him; and Mendoza isn't coming in to be someone else's bobblehead like when Dawson train wrecked him. Plus I'm sure Mendoza would like to have a big name win on his resume; so I expect fireworks.

I agree... Lacy has to step it up and make it happen 2nite, I still say he is better suited for 175 with his frame, he walks around about 195 pounds solid while not training, but we'll see if he indeed went back to the basics like he boasted to train for

I disagree he's very short for light heavy I'll do a little boxrec research for ya.

    Lacy 5' 10"
    Hopkins 6' 1"
    Tarver 6' 2"
    Dawson 6' 3"
    RJJ 5' 11"
    Calzaghe 5' 11"
    Woods 6' 2"

Lacy doesn't have the ability to work inside like he would have to at 175. The guys that are near his height are on a whole other level than he is. If anything I think he should see if he could get down to 160, I know that would be tough for him though.

I dont know man, he hung in there with the taller SM'S

    Pemberton 6'3

    Ruben Williams 6'1

    Omar Sheika 6'0

So he has handled taller guys just fine, albeit they were far from world beaters but he was able to bang on the inside pretty effectively

Lacy was badly hurt against Ross Thompson and Vitali Tsypko. Please do NOT name Lacy toghther with a top 25 smw name for he is NOT!

No, he did very bad against Ruben and Omar if called a champ.

    Did VD really get banned?

If Mendoza's got anything left he could be a bit dangerous cause he always had power but he looked pretty much out of it against Dawson last time.

Well I tell you what, Mendoza is 6' 1" and we know he is definately a one-trick power pony. I say that if Lacy doesn't impress tonight, and by that I mean a he has to do something that hurts Mendoza, he has no chance at 175. Mendoza has power, but his chin has been his downfall.
