Wow what a difference a couple of weeks make! I posted the same question not so long ago and the results were quite different to 50/50.

David Haye by the way
....maybe soon Haye will be the favorite without any decent fights at heavyweight.....easy money for the Klitschko fans.
Ibragimov and Thompson are southpaws and I don't fancy Haye's chances vs them either. Thompson is incredibly difficult to beat as he keeps his hands busy and has some good defense and a hell of a chin.
Sultan would be more aggressive vs Haye....Sultan got hit and went into a shell waiting for Wlad to miss a right cross and so Wlad tried to set him up but he wasn't going to put himself in danger doing it and it was the smart albeit boring move and Sultan was the first southpaw with some power Wlad fought since Sanders a fight if Wlad had with his current experience would be 100% different.
David Haye has not fought a true heavyweight and don't bring up Bonin he was a protected Polish fighter, Haye may as well have fought Julius Long.
I love how the Haye fans tout his skills and accomplishments while Wladimir has always been a heavyweight and has beaten 50 more heavyweights than Haye has even fought and you think he's just going to walk through Wlad?!?!?! Fighting a righty is going to be a piece of cake for Wlad! I think he's going to let his hands go more but hey he's winning and winning by KO, 51 wins 45 KO's.....Haye is going to be built up and tore down much like one Sam Peter.
Haye can have all the handspeed in the world he still has to land the punch, Wlad will land and he's going to land more often and inflict more damage....and Haye won't be able to take it he couldn't take it from Carl Thompson and he won't be able to take it from Wlad. You Brits had better hope Haye doesn't become AUDLEY HARRISON the other "surefire" British fighter to beat Wlad.
No way is Wlad better than Vitali
I think Vitali is mentally tougher but Wlad is hands down the better BOXER and I think Wlad has more 1 punch power than Vitali too.
Vitali broke guys down with his size and power but only over a period of time......Wlad can spark a guy out anytime during a fight and with any punch in his arsenal.
Vitali is more the fan favorite because he didn't mind getting hit or throwing a ton of punches whereas Wlad likes to mentally win the fight and then seal the deal and it works for him. If Wlad wasn't Vitali's brother then he'd be more respected, not as much as he should be but people wouldn't compare him to Vitali and what they think Vitali could have been if he didn't get injured so much
Ok I respect what your saying. I don't necessarily agree because part of being a good BOXER is being able to take a punch which Vitali was certainly better at than Wlad IMO. Secondly i think that Vitali had just as good one punch knockout power as Wlad does just watch the Herbie Hide fight.

And finally IMO Wlad would have been beaten easily by Lennox whereas whatever excuses are made for Lennox he was in serious trouble until that cut stopped the fight against Vitali. Of course if Wlad caught Lennox with one of his big shots he would have caused him trouble if not KOd him but I just don't think it would have happened.
Vitali was more willing to take a punch....Wlad doesn't get hit all that often which is more than likely the reason for his problems with taking a few big shots. One shot Wlad took from Corrie Sanders was a left cross right on the button and Wlad got right back up....granted he didn't know what to do after he got back up but still. And Wlad took the same left hooks Golota got KO'd by from Lamon Brewster and only fell at the end of the round because of exhaustion.
Wlad is the better BOXER, Vitali was more of a FIGHTER and that's what everyone wants in a heavyweight.
Vitali KO'd 32 of 33 fighters....he had power but not the kind of power Wlad has. Herbie was never known for his great chin.
Maybe not but up until Vitali beat him he had only ever been beaten once and that was off Riddick Bowe so no shame there it was a great right hand that put him down first time, just as good as the one Wlad KO'd Thompson with.
I personally think that Vitali was quite a bit better than Wlad. I mean look at the difference in each mans performance against Sanders. If they were not brothers and were willing to fight each other I would have bet a lot on Vitali winning by a KO anyway.
