Who is the better fighter Vitali or Wlad?

I find it odd that two brothers can move so differently. Vitali is much more loose, naturally displaying more athleticism and perhaps ability.
Wlad has worked hard, but remains robotic and there are flaws in his movement.

I think the opposite is true, Vitali is robotic and Wlad the fluid boxer.
