    Probably.

I have a DVD of Barrera training on the pads somewhere and he is something like that speed! Maybe not just as fast but he had gloves on. It literally sounds like a machine gun going off.

There was another video of someone called "13 punches in one second", but it was no longer available.

The DVD of Barrera he maintains the speed for quite a while too. If I can dig it out I'll try and upload it onto youtube and post a link its quite amazing.

I remember in the countdown to Calzaghe Hopkins, Enzo goes "Joe is going # of punches a second (forget the exact number), Hopkins can't keep up with that"

They showed it, and he had his hands like 2 inches away from the bag. Absolutely hilarious, I remember Sal had a funny comment about it but I forget. Hilarious stuff. In all likelyhood, someone would get hit by those ultra fast punches and then laugh it off.

Wing Chun sticky hands, those punches aren't meant to disable individually, it's more to get connected between body and mind.

He must be just pulling those strikes then. More speed but less power.

Check out RJJ training on the double end bag...
    Now this shit is sick.

Check out the 6:10 mark he throws something like 25 punches in 4/5 sec.
Anyone who's hit the double end bag can tell you how fucken hard it is to do that...
