Tito wins this bunch hands down , but Tommy Hearns was faster and sharper , and had power to spare.

If Hearns were a possible choice I would go with him. But out of this list I have to go with Tito. And whats crazy is that he punched so hard while having awful footwork. He was an arm puncher. If he turned on his punches he might've knocked someone's head off their shoulders. But Winky showed the world that his mechanics were off a bit. He's a raw puncher, but definitely tops this list.
