O"Neil Bell moving to heavyweight

Maybe him and david Haye could fight. Haye is searching for an opponent for November and a Ko win over Bell would look good on the CV.

I think all of his detractors would just sight this as him fighting a "blown up cruiserweight" in Hayes own big time heavyweight splash debut.I do think Haye would flatten Bell at this point....let him try Maskaev etc.

I rather see Bell than Maskaev
