Welter weight is not a good division for Ricky to be in. I mean just look at all the current welter weight champs if he goes up against any one of these guys he is gonna get beat and I mean not just out boxed or out classed, you put him in the ring with Margarito, Floyd, Baldomir, Gatti or Zab and he will end up with his back on the canvas.
