I dont think it is fair to say Floyd has ducked tough opposition. HAtton, and DLH at 154 are hardly easy opposition, and in both fights a high percentage of 'experts' picked Floyd to lose.
The only fair thing to say is that he hasnt ofught Cotto, Margo or Williams yet. Dont mean he wont.
Hatton and DLH were not dangerous fights for Floyd. People are just frustrated at the fact that Welterweight is such a DEEP division and Floyd did not fight one of them. It doesn't mean he wouldn't win, it just means he's not willing to test the waters.
