Joshua Clottey did not break his hands thats what the reports said but Joshua Clottey later admitted he didn't break his hand this is one of the biggest myths in boxing today.......

And as i've said about 10 times Antonio Margarito had a severe sprained ankle and a shoulder injury before the fight so he also wasn't in top shape either so lets be fair here.
Thats BS he really did hurt his hand and Margarito fans will stand tall for their guy i understand but i guess time will prove everything Clottey and Paul Williams are the men right now. Margarito shouldn't just get a rematch with Cotto or Williams i think since Clottey lost 2 Margarito they should fight first and the winner fights Paul cause he beat Margarito. Berto he to have a lil more fights b4 he just in the mix if you ask me
He hurt his hand but he didn't break it.

  • Margarito suffered from a severe sprained ankle only a week before the bout, and also had problems with his left shoulder as reported days before the fight.
  • Clottey suffered an injured left hand in round four, probably while landing a left uppercut. He immediately went into retreat and told his corner at the break.
  • Showtime reported this live, explaining why Clottey proceded to lose rounds five through eleven on all three official scorecards.
  • Clottey later admitted his hand was not broken as initially reported.
  • Margarito threw 1675 punches
