You strongly insinuated that he'd be "another Vince Carter." You also said that he idolizes Kobe, which is a bash if I've ever heard one.

Vince Carter is a great player who started his career with a bang and people were comparing.

But when he really started to become a great player and started to develop into his own and become "Vince Carter" those people that hyped him tried to say he was slipping when in actuality he was just maturing and developing his fundamental game.

Thats what "another Vince Carter" is. Someone they compare and when they come into their own they are said to be some sort of a letdown(which is a lie) when in reality they are developing into great players in their own time.

Do you follow basketball at all? There was this little string of things that happened to Vince carter. There called INJURIES. The guy's played one full season in his entire career. He also never had the luxury of having a half way decent center, let alone a guy named SHAQ to piggyback him to 3 rings. No one ever said he was 'slipping for trying to develop a fundamental game.' And to close this whole thing out, the mere fact we're comparing one guy in his 3rd year to another guy in his TENTH should tell who the better basketball player really is.
