Honestly - you train - you get hungry - you need to eat within a certain amount of time!
If I take to long to get food when i'm hungry I'll get stomach cramps for hours becuase my stomach doesn't want to wait anymore and just starts digesting itself!
Yeah I need to eat shortly after training.
I've come up with a new theory on appetitie now, so I'm experimenting on that.
